Both options give you full access to the Empower Studio experience — the commitment option simply offers added perks and savings.

Yes. All memberships and class packs can be used for any class on the Empower Studio schedule, including Pilates, Yoga, Sculpt, and Fusion formats.

Please bring your mat and water. If you forget your mat no worries rentals are available at the studio. Comfortable workout clothes are recommended.

What is your cancellation policy for memberships?

• Commitment memberships require a minimum commitment period. After that, they may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
• Non-commitment memberships can be canceled with 30 days’ notice membership is not recurring.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through your account portal.

Are memberships refundable?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packs, or promotional offers. Unused classes do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

What is your class cancellation policy?

To be respectful of our instructors and other members:

• Classes must be canceled at least 4 hours before start time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class credit being forfeited
• Members may be charged a late cancel fee or a no-show.

This policy helps us maintain high-quality classes and availability.
