The Classes
VINYASA YOGA
A breath-led yoga flow that builds warmth, strength, and flexibility through intentional, steady movement. Expect creative sequencing, mindful pacing, and space to reconnect with your body and breath.
YOGA SCULPT
Yoga foundations infused with light weights and strength training for a dynamic, music-driven workout. You’ll challenge your muscles, build endurance, and still move with the awareness of a traditional yoga practice.
PILATES (CLASSICAL)
A method-driven Pilates class focused on precision, alignment, and deep core activation. Using classical sequences, you’ll strengthen from the inside out while improving posture, control, and body awareness.
PILATES SCULPT
A modern, athletic take on Pilates mat work. Expect core-focused sequences, glute and hip work, and mobility-focused movement that lengthens, tones, and stabilizes the whole body.
FUSION HIIT
A high-energy, low-impact blend of Pilates, yoga-inspired movement, and interval training. You’ll move through timed blocks for strength, cardio, and core, leaving class sweaty, strong, and clear-headed.
